Executive Lead - Finance and Business

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Enrich Group Management Services (EGMS), to develop strategy and direction as well as overseeing critical portfolios in Finance, Business Development, Property, Procurement, IT, Project Programme of work, Quality and HR.

 

Enrich Group Management Services provide the corporate and back-office functions to Enrich Group, a family of organisations with common and complementary services that support people with disabilities and those living with autism and neurodiversity across the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and King Country. You will be an integral part of driving the business to the next level to deliver exceptional results.  We’re not just looking for someone who is “good with the numbers” though – this role is as much about the people we serve  as it is about the financials.  We are looking for someone who is values driven, who can partner with the board and leadership team across the group and build relationships with people at all levels.

 

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CPA)
• Business and financial acumen and proven success in driving change and innovation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the square
• Analytical thinking with the ability to observe and forecast trends and risk
• An understanding of the disability sector is desirable but not essential

This is an exciting role which requires someone innovative, collaborative and results-driven who relishes change and enjoys a challenge. The position can work across Hamilton and Te Awamutu, working Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week.
