About the role

We are searching for a highly motivated person to provide coaching and training to enable our clients with the skills and confidence to be work ready, support the people we work with to identify and achieve their employment goals and ambitions, and establish and maintain positive relationships with businesses and the wider community.

 

Our Employment Coordinators focus on achieving a win-win outcome for both the employer and the people we support. They work hard to get the right person into the right job and then provide ongoing support as needed.

 

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

 

A previous role in recruitment and/or experience working in the disability sector would be an advantage.

 

Although having work experience in the disability/mental health/social services sector and a relevant qualification is a key factor in your success in this role, having the right drive and attitude is more important.  If you have a passion for making a difference in people’s lives, then we want to hear from you!

This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. Our services are across Hamilton, Waipa, King Country and the Bay of Plenty.
