This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday. The role is based in Hamilton but services the wider Waikato area.
Our Employment Coordinators focus on achieving a win-win outcome for both the employer and the people we support. They work hard to get the right person into the right job and then provide ongoing support as needed.
To be successful in this role you must have:
A previous role in recruitment and/or experience working in the disability sector would be an advantage.
Although having work experience in the disability/mental health/social services sector and a relevant qualification is a key factor in your success in this role, having the right drive and attitude is more important.
