At Enrich+, we work alongside those living with disabilities, autism, and neurodiversity, their whānau, and community to live a life like any other.
We pride ourselves on being driven by the people we support, and on utilising a broad range of skills to help people achieve their goals and enhance their inclusion in the community. We work to support those in Hamilton, Te Awamutu, and Cambridge.
What will you do?
As a Community Facilitator (support worker), you will be busy supporting people who have a broad range of goals – from helping with household chores, meal planning, and building social networks; to supporting people through major life changes like attending university or moving out.
Though Community Facilitating involves working 1:1 with clients, it also means that you’re working as a part of a larger team who work specific rosters, with each Facilitator contributing uniquely to the client’s support.
